APPLE AND CINNAMON PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS

• 200g porridge oats
• 600ml Unsweetened Almond Breeze
• 50g chopped walnuts
• 1 apple, peeled and cored
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

METHOD

1. In a saucepan, add oats, Unsweetened Almond Breeze, walnuts and apples. Heat gently and continue to stir until mixture comes to the boil.

2. Gently simmer for 5 minutes until oats thicken

3. Spoon porridge into bowls and scatter with walnuts and cinnamon
