Dairy-Free Creamed Rice

DAIRY-FREE CREAMED RICE

INGREDIENTS

1 litre Original Almond Breeze
1/3 cup caster sugar (or use brown sugar to make more like porridge)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup uncooked rice
Blueberries, to serve
Honey, to serve
Cinnamon, to serve

METHOD

Combine almond milk, sugar and vanilla extract in saucepan. Bring to a simmer
Add rice and cook, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes until rice is creamy
Serve with blueberries, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey
