INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/4 cups frozen peas
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze
• 1/2 chopped onion
• 2tbsp lemon juice
• 2tbsp ground cumin
• Pinch of salt and pepper

METHOD

Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and enjoy!
