Acai Bowl with Fig + Banana

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze
  • 1/3 cup traditional oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 1 fig
  • Cranberries to decorate

METHOD

  1. Blend almond milk, oats, banana, berries, chia seeds and acai powder until smooth. Stand to thicken
  2. Spoon into a bowl and top with the remaining 1/2 banana, cranberries and fig (cut into slices)
