Banana Bread Breaky Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp oat bran
  • 3 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and lightly spray 2 individual sized ramekins with cooking oil spray
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, oat bran, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
  3. In a separate bowl combine banana, almond milk and honey
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and transfer to prepared ramekins
  5. Bake for 40 minutes and allow to cool before adding toppings
