Chai Chia Pudding

Prep Time 30 minutes + Overnight setting time

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon chai tea mix
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds

 

METHOD

  1. Combine chai tea, boiling water and almond milk in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes until mixture is infused. Mix in vanilla paste and then allow to cool for 10 minutes
  2. Combine tea milk mix and chia seeds in a jar or glass and let it sit for 10 minutes. Stir the mixture and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
  3. Before serving, top with banana, shredded coconut and almonds
