CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS

• 35g self-raising flour
• 1 tablespoon Cocoa
• 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons Chocolate Almond Breeze
• 1 tablespoon melted butter
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

METHOD

1. In a small bowl sift flour and cocoa powder. Stir through the sugar
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk the egg, Almond Breeze, butter and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined
3. Divide mixture evenly into two mugs. Microwave on high for two minutes. Serve immediately
