- 1 1/4 cups frozen peas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2tbsp lemon juice
- 2tbsp ground cumin
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and enjoy!
