Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 overripe bananas, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1-2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp clove
  • Toppings: pecans, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, blueberries, chia seeds

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients (except toppings) into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings
