Pumpkin Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

• 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
• ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup coconut flour
• 1 scoop protein powder
• ½ tsp cinnamon

METHOD

1. In a food processor blend pumpkin puree, Almond Breeze and vanilla
2. Add coconut flour, protein power and cinnamon. Blend until a dough forms
3. Roll the mixture into balls
4. Refrigerate for an hour or two
5. Enjoy and smash your gym goals!
