Raspberry Swirl and Banana Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large peeled and chopped frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbs Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
  • 2 fresh coconuts, cut in half
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 4 sliced strawberries
  • 1/3 cup toasted muesli
  • 1 passionfruit
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 8 cherries

METHOD

 

  1. In a blender, process banana, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze and honey until smooth
  2. Divide between coconut halves
  3. In the same blender, process raspberries, coconut yoghurt and Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze. Swirl into banana smoothie
  4. To serve: top smoothies with raspberries, frozen blueberries, sliced strawberries, toasted muesli, passionfruit pulp, pomegranate seeds and cherries
