INGREDIENTS
4 cups prepared pancake mix
2 ½ cups Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk
4 large eggs
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together all ingredients until blended and just beginning to become smooth.
Measure out scant ¼ cup and pour onto hot pan.
Flip when bubbles cover top.
Cook until golden brown.
Serve with maple syrup!
